Part One covers a two day trek right across Dartmoor, south to north, with further episodes covering journeys to bag the 3000ft mountains in Wales, England and Ireland, before a major assault on all the Munros (Scottish Mountains over 3000ft, all 278 of them!) in one continuous trip.
We are looking to explore the effect that walking and wild places have on the sense of self and well being. We are also intrigued by our need to accumulate, to bag, to tick things off lists. Why do we use this as some sort of justification to spend extended time in beautiful places? Why can't we just enjoy these places for what they are without having to incessantly collect?
